Patty’s ready to bake handmade calzones can be fresh-baked straight from the freezer in under 20 minutes! Filled to the max with premium ingredients. It doesn’t get any fresher than this.

  • Meat Lovers Calzone Four meats and four cheeses! Pepperoni, sausage, ham and ground beef are combined with mozzarella, Jack, provolone and cheddar cheese with our signature tomato sauce.
  • Broccoli Cheddar Calzone Nothing goes better than cheddar cheese and broccoli. This is an update on the classic flavor combination. Chopped broccoli, red onion, mozzarella, Jack, creamy ricotta and lots of cheddar cheese.
  • BBQ Chicken Calzone Tender white meat chicken tossed in a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce, red onion, fresh cilantro, mozzarella, Jack, provolone, cheddar and creamy ricotta cheese.
  • Supreme Calzone Sausage, green bell pepper, red onion, black olives and our four cheese blend with Patty signature tomato sauce.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Classic dough: Unbleached Flour, Water, Sugar, Eggs, Salt, Yeast, Canola Oil and Olive Oil
  • Cheese: Varies
  • Sauce: Varies
  • Filling: Varies

HANDLING SUGGESTIONS:

  • Keep product frozen at 0ºF or below until ready to use
  • For best results, pre-heat oven
  • Calzones are ready when brown & crispy and the filling is heated to 165 degrees

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:

STANDARD OR CONVECTION OVEN

  • Bake at 400 – 425 degrees
  • Place frozen calzones onto a parchment lined or lightly oiled sheet pan (adjust oven rack to middle shelf for standard oven)
  • Bake approximately 15-19 minutes until heated through
  • Once removed from oven, brush lightly with olive oil

CONVEYOR OVEN

  • Bake at 415 – 465 degrees
  • Place frozen calzone onto a lightly oiled pizza screen
  • Bake for approximately 15-18 minutes depending on the size of the conveyor
  • Once removed from oven, brush lightly with olive oil

STORAGE SUGGESTIONS:

  • Store frozen calzones in the freezer for up to 180 days.
  • Once thawed use immediately. Do not refreeze.
