Our delicious, crispy gluten-free pizza crusts and flat breads are free of dairy, soy, peanuts and tree nuts. Choose from our original or vegan recipes. We believe that a restricted diet should not mean a restricted food experience!

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR GLUTEN FREE CRUST & FLAT BREAD

All baking times and temperatures are approximate. For best results pre-heat oven. If bubbling occurs, puncture with fork.

STANDARD OVEN, CONVECTION, OR DECK OVEN

  • Bake at 475 – 500 degrees
  • Slide pizza onto oven rack, pizza stone or a lightly oiled sheet pan (adjust oven rack to middle shelf for standard oven)
  • Bake for approximately 5 – 9 minutes, rotate pizza half way thru cooking time if baking uneven

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR GLUTEN FREE RAVIOLI:

  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil
  • Place frozen ravioli in pot, cook for 4 – 6 minutes or to desired tenderness
  • Remove ravioli from boiling water and serve with your favorite sauce

HANDLING SUGGESTIONS:

  • Keep frozen until ready for use
  • Top pizza or flat bread while frozen and cook immediately

STORAGE SUGGESTIONS:

  • Shelf Life Frozen: 6 months
